halloween cheer part 3: party at aubar
after trick/eat, ginny, ying, CA and i met up with the other sporeans and we went for a halloween party at aubar, a supposedly upscale club in downtown. we bought the tickets online at about CAD$14, and they made us rent hangers and lockers for our coats and bags at $3 and $4 respectively. pretty expensive i must say. this was my first time at a club in vancouver and i was most disappointed coz there werent as many people as we expected, and the atmosphere and music were quite bad:( i was really looking forward to seeing lotsa people all dressed up in interesting costumes. bah. oh well. but we made the most of it by just drinking, chilling and photowhoring..

with angie the princess and grace the zorro-wannabe! heh. grace is my indispensable drinking khaki - coz we are the only ones who prefer to drink than dance at clubs!!

with CA and ginny! ginny is a helluva dancer!! she certainly showed off her salsa background!!

with ying. i just love her mask! fits her perfectly:) she's a great dancer as well! she specializes in ballroom dancing and chachacha though!

with jimmy the mummy, who had a very cool costume! what a creative improvisation of toilet papers and cardboards! both of us have been skipping international law class since like forever? oops. heh.

with princesses shuzhen and angie! they are my neighbours at thunderbird, albeit from another block! they are such good shopping buddies - and shuzhen is a fantastic cook:)

this was the most outrageous/disturbing outfit/costume i saw at the aubar! ok this is a bit obscene but we just couldnt resist taking a photo with erm.. him. haha.
